Leah's Fruit Pizza Recipe

Fruit Pizza
1 package slice and bake sugar cookie dough
1 8oz package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Fresh or thoroughly drained canned fruit of your choice (I like to use strawberries, blueberries, and pinneapple, but you can pick whatever fruits you like)

Cut cookie dough into 1/8 inch slices and line bottom of 12-in pizza pan with slices. Press dough together with fingers to make a smooth, even crust. Bake in oven preheated to 375 for about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely. Mix together cream cheese, vanilla, and sugar. Spread mixture over crust. Arrange cut fruit in circles on top. Refridgerate until ready to serve.
** One thing I noticed when making this the first time is that the crust gets really hard after it cools from the oven. Don't worry, because once you top it with the cream cheese and fruit, it will soften up. hope you > enjoy!***
