Kelly's Buffalo Chicken Wing Pasta

Recipe from Kelly Maas. I made this for the Super Bowl (2011). Everyone loved it but agreed it was WAY too spicey. Try 1/4 cup hot sauce next time:


3 chicken breasts cooked & diced
1 cup velvetta cheese cubed
1/2 cup half & half
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/2 cup hot sauce (i use frank's buffalo)
Combine the above ingredients and toss in your favorite cooked pasta (i've used bowties & egg noodles)

    Used 1/4 cup hot sauce, and it seems perfect for our house. Still super hot for me (but tolerable), and not QUITE hot enough for Kevin.
