Pumpkin French Toast Bake

Ingredients:
3 1/2c 1-inch bread cubes
7 large eggs
2c milk
1t vanilla extract
1 1/2t pumpkin pie spice
1/4c pumpkin puree
3-4T brown sugar

*Cut bread into 1-inch cubes, use 5-7 slices sandwich bread (I used 7).
*Spread into greased 9x13 baking dish.
*In large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice and pumpkin puree until well combined.
*Pour over bread and push down with a spoon until soaked and covered.
*Cover with saran wrap and refrigerate overnight.
*In the morning, preheat oven to 350.
*Uncover and top with brown sugar.
*Bake 35-45 mins
*Serve immediately with syrup or honey
