Pumpkin bars from Angie

 PUMPKIN BARS

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 can pumpkin

Frosting:

  • 1 (80z) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 lb powdered sugar

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Mix together sugar, eggs, vegetable oil, and pumpkin.
  3. Add in flour, baking powder, and cinnamon and stir to combine.
  4. Pour into a greased 12 x 18 pan and bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Let cool for one hour.
  6. To make frosting, beat all ingredients together and spread over cooled cake.
