PUMPKIN BARS
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 can pumpkin
Frosting:
- 1 (80z) cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 stick butter
- 1 lb powdered sugar
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Mix together sugar, eggs, vegetable oil, and pumpkin.
- Add in flour, baking powder, and cinnamon and stir to combine.
- Pour into a greased 12 x 18 pan and bake for 30 minutes.
- Let cool for one hour.
- To make frosting, beat all ingredients together and spread over cooled cake.
