Chili
1ish lb. ground beef, turkey, or any combination of the two
2-3 slices of finely chopped white or vidalia onion
Brown beef and onions in pan, then drain. Add:
1 can tomato paste
2 cans tomato soup
3 tablespoons chili powder
1 can kidney beans, drained
Simmer at least 30 minutes, up to 2 hours. Stir regularly.
Optional: Serve over pasta, such as elbow noodles, spaghetti or bowties.
